After completing the review, I congratulate anyone who had the good fortune to take Professor Brutsaert’s class. Physical Hydrology, Third Edition by S. Brutsaert’s book is a remarkable textbook for university-level classes on hydrology as well as a valuable reference for soil physicists, hydrologists and hydro-geologists.
This is necessary reading, both as a comprehensive and authoritative introduction to hydrology, and also as introfuction brilliant exposition that captures the authoras excitement and appreciation of the subject.
